Box Lacrosse 101

Description

This course is�designed to teach indoor lacrosse fundamentals�while gaining new skills to take onto the field.�The brightest coaching minds in collegiate lacrosse�value what a box lacrosse player brings to the table, and they are actively searching for more players with box experience.�In this course, students learn�fast paced drills, stick work, shooting, and more to take their “lax” game to the next level.1 Pick and Roll 7:01 2 Dodging 5:22 3 2-on-1 Break 4 Shooting from the OutsideOver the last decade, Lewis has proven to be one of professional lacrosse�s most potent offensive players. A Canadian Box player and Ohio State Buckeye standout, Ratcliff�has enjoyed multiple world championships in both professional field and Box leagues.�He played in the National Lacrosse League for 14 seasons and finished his career with 1,040 points � 472 goals, 568 assists in 212 NLL regular season and playoff games. Lewis currently runs youth academies for the Junior�Stealth Lacrosse Academy and is owner of the Seattle Starz Youth Lacrosse League.
